How long to process your order?

Necklaces & Bracelets: 1-3 business days

Rings: 1-5 business days.

 Australia $5 AUD flat rate with tracking 2-8 business days arrival
Australia Express $12 AUD flat rate with tracking 1-2 business days arrival
New Zealand $14 AUD flat rate with tracking 4-8 business days arrival
rest of the world $15 AUD flat rate with tracking 5-20 business days arrival

*Please note due to Covid-19, all shipping process is slower and there are some delay especially for international deliveries. For Australia and New Zealand orders, please expect 1-5 business days delays, and for international orders please expect 1-2 weeks delay. However not all orders will be delayed, please just refer to above timeframe for maximum delivery time.

*International shipping delays: When traveling across a border, packages occasionally get held up at customs, which is in the hands of the country's customs officials. Please understand it might be delayed for a few weeks if this happens. However the usual transit time is 7 – 15 business days.

 

Returns Policy

If you change your mind about your piece we will happily offer a refund less shipping costs, within the first 7 days of contacting me and 14 days of shipping back your piece after delivery. To organise a return, please email at madebyjody@gmail.com. Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed once received. You will be responsible for your own shipping cost on return.

We will not accept any pieces when:

  • A piece is not returned in its original condition: has been worn, scratched, damaged or is not in its original packaging.
  • If the piece is earrings, due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings
  • If the piece is custom made
  • If the piece is in solid gold.
  • If the item is returned outside of the timeframe stated above
  • No refunds on sale products.

 

Custom and Other Charges

Custom and clearance fees are charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and we are not liable for any customs or clearance charges you incur. We are unable to process a refund for your order if you refuse payment of any incurred customs fees. If your parcel is returned to us due to a non-payment of custom or clearance fees and you request the order to be re-shipped, We will charge you postage.
